Yes you're right, an extra 15% which is double tax and is illegal. It's not gone thru law for that reason I guess.
Next year I'll be able to take money out when I'm 60 but can't add in as you're only allowed a certain amount to put in over 3 years then $110,000 per year or total $330K over the full 3 years. It's a bugger!!
