so English literature, history, philosophy, psychology etc, though really psych is a separate faculty in its own right and empirically based, its still a study of the human condition, are all witchcraft eh.....

bunkum on Shakespeare, Dickens, Goethe, Zola and Solzhenistyn and other great observers of human nature, history is the past and past is of no consequence hey? critical thinking and the study of epistemology (how humans learn) is irrelevant hhmmm? and political science is trash I s'pose?it seems you have little understanding of what is taught and how students learn from your post....

come on man, I'm damned certain you're far more intelligent than this post demonstrates. one wouldn't know wisdom from astrology if we weren't well informed on humanities studies. but maybe thats your problem tappie.

you wouldn't know of Benjamin Franklin if it weren't for humanities. he would be long forgotten if universities didn't keep his great wisdom alive.

do you know that business studies too is a branch of humanities? its not just accounting y'know.

anyway, never mind mate.... I don't intend to be patronising. I'm off for the night. I hope your trading week goes well.

    respect.
