I meant for instance myself currently at 32% tax bracket with my job and if I made 200k profit off shares and my employer had only set aside 32% tax throughout the year once you do your tax and declare your gain you now actually need to pay more tax on your wage since you now changed tax bracket and your in the 47% one.
so you end up paying more money on your income from work because you made more money on shares?… ‍♂️

this was my understanding of how it worked but am probably wrong and I’ve never had to worry because I’ve never made that much money
