Big congrats to the board/mgmt team on conducting two cap raises within months like CBR stated earlier. IF they thought things might get dicey, why didn’t they just raise a s***load more the first time around to clear debt/have $ for fines/legal stuff. If they didn’t need it they could have just returned it to shareholders or hold some “just in case” cash. The raise price is probably gonna be s***. Big congrats also to Barrenjoey (and their stupid fking name) on their “advice”, hope they enjoy their fees
Feel bad for shareholders here, hope you guys get something out of this
