Why?

All you have to do is look at the OS XT trades in the morning here to see the influence.

I don't know if you saw my post, but around 60% of the SSN shares are now registered as ADS's. That means that only 40% of SSN shares now trade in Oz.

And you can bet your bottom dollar that if there is no announcement confirming the deposit in the next two hours that SSN will be down and down big time.

We saw on the first delay and again IF (SEE THAT IF) there is no announcement stating that they have the money:

1. SSN is going to get hammered in OZ

2. The hammering in OZ will look like peanuts comapred to the hammering it'll take in the USA.

3. It won't recover as before on any good news

4. Day traders will flee the shares

5. It'll be a busted stock

6. People will have reduced their faith in anything the company puts out as far as future events: once bitten, twice shy

7. It will be velnerable to a low ball T/O similar to ADI.

So IMO today is D-Day for SSN: screw it up and the future, while good, will take a lot longer and be much more subdued.

Get it right and we are back on track.
