    You're not getting $1. (But I hope you do).
    50 cents sees everyone in profit and is a massive premium on today's SP. Would that be valuing TMT at MORE than AVL is currently? That would be a decent deal for shareholders.

    I wonder if the TO will be partly in script, and partly in cash. Perhaps some options to help TMT holders take up the scrip offer rather than cash. Then the true believers could carry on, those that want out can exit?
