just remember we are paying “experts” to handle this though the epa. A lot of it has been out of managements hands. facts we know:
new rules were brought in and processes in the epa, we got caught up in that.
the project isn’t taking quicker or longer than others going though the process.
VDT has been a sticking point as it’s untested.
Epa are shortshaft and lost experience
the size of the area has been a sticking point with the epa
bomber help up the project with his foid documents multiple times after pretending to know how it all works and how it would never hold up the project.
