    Yeah 12 is to low. I had 15 in my mind would be about "fair" as that puts TMT at $100m

    Whats the cap raise price for the $15m for AVL? As now TMT is pegged 12 to 1 to AVL the moment they raise at a discount TMT shares are worth less again.
