It's really hard to find a company with:

1. Tight register
2. Hot or soon to be hot sector
3. Low market cap
4. High management incentives
5. Six quarters of cash
6. No debt
7. Milestones in place for next year or two
8. SP at lows

This is the criteria for investing in a smallcap.

TMT ticked all the boxes and I can't help but feel it's down the drain now.

Huge register, dilution, higher MC, big expensive board, milestones all in the bin.

Absolutely gutted.
