Most recently Tim Dobson has mentioned partnering by end of this year, unless I’m missing some important details or hearing things, maybe mgt should go up for sale in the interest of current SH.

Its not a hard and fast rule as far as I can tell, just how I took the companies own comments: to paraphrase, we are consolidating to meet institutional investor expectations.

FMG did a 1 to 10 share split after they were in production to increase liquidity. They had already been funded into production by that point.

They went from 300 million to 3 billion SOI after the split.

Don't know about PLS.
