Polynovo last September - Friday halt, Monday release of FDA approval details. The list of companies that have announced a TH before a positive FDA approval, goes on.
Just cos NEU or others didn't go into a TH doesn't make a rule for how individual companies choose to handle important FDA information. And just because some go into a halt before releasing bad news, also doesn't make it a rule for companies.
People reading way too much into this either way. The 99% likelihood of approval remains, right next to the 1% chance of denial or further detail required. Maybe BOT worded their announcement because there's bad news, maybe they worded it this way to get more attention, maybe they have a CR planned, maybe they'll co-announce an offer to buy the company.
At the end of the day, the only thing we know for certain from this announcement, is that we'll know what's going on by trading Wednesday. Naturally, good luck to all.
