    let's be clear.

    We're lining up an OT with pre-payment. This is fundamentally in a different league compared to non-binding MOU's and other OT agreements.

    The OT will be a company maker and huge rocket for our SP.

    Could conceivably drop within a matter of weeks.

    Let's not confuse the ability and enormity of JP signing an OT with signing an OT + pre-payment.
