Usa Dept of Defense and the Usa Dept of Energy will have growing needs , to both compete and co-operate for "processed" rare earths --ie separated oxides or better still alloys ---to supply both Defense and Commercial needs --ie General Motors
And thats just the ol'US of A !!!
Europe , Japan ...equal pressing needs !
Funding arrangements such as this ..are increasingly putting "urgency "into the rare earth supply chain ..and its becomes more realistic , that Rowena Smith is working on some deals where "the power ball"can't be far away from dropping !!
