That is the biggest load of rubbish and blame shifting ever. The assessor would have spent less than 5 minutes redacting the handful of docs released. Just another blame someone else from the "messiah" . They are pre done by a separate team first. Thats why they are there. VDT was not the main sticking point. If you look at the esd and erd, the flora and fauna were the biggies.
