To anyone who has read previous ANN's from SSN the situation is perfectly clear.

If you care to look through previous Anns there was always going to be a post closing arrangement for part of the leases that's why the price was $61M to $79M. Today SSN are telling us some of the work is sorted and it will be closer or equal to $79M.

Some people understand (buyers) some people don't understand (sellers)

Sellers are most likely ST traders who have no idea what's going on and saw this ANN as a negative because SSN mentioned the exploratory unit and expiring leases which make up a very small portion of the sale proceeds.
