Why did the ERBD , just buy in 6% if they were expecting a buy out , these guys are in for dividnends and long term . Offtakers too , will probably gain some equity in their deals , they too will be very disappointed to find a buyout 10 minutes after they get in , besides they will all have a majority voting right that will at least get a price way above your guess if they were to sell or flip .
