Is it the easiest way to build up a large stake in Stx without declaring it? So if you have 4.9% of Stx and want more, but dont want to declare it, just then buy a truckload of Tpd and at conversion you suddenly have a sizeable stake without having to declare it as you passed the 5% mark.
