The FDA has only updated drugs for Friday 22nd, they were still updating that list early hours of this morning. We should get updates this morning for Monday 25th. I’ve also seen past days being updated even when they are updating a new day. They may only add drugs to a days approval list when a company has been notified as a courtesy.
and also just to add, the FDA doesn’t notify a company it’s not approving the day before it’s scheduled to be approved. They’ve had 12 months to ask for more information and raise issues.
