for example no one has mentioned the option that s court award beam full joint venture ownership (and global distributor rights whether seperate agreements or not) but on a going towards basis and roadpost is awarded the ARR revenue to date for all the Zoleos they have actively distributed.

this would seem to put beam in the situation of potentially paying peak price for the JV to start distribution in all geographic areas at a time when competitive headwinds in the satellite to mobile space will be far stronger than when roadpost grew its revenue base it could walk away with?
