Some of your posts make sense. The above statement is just ridiculous - so where did the $50M go from the raising.

If not for Finran, the whole court case and everything else would not have happened - and if that had not happened, right now Aaron and the others would have dissolved IOU with massive debts and us as shareholders would have got nothing. Right now the company is trading. We have huge debts left from the other company - including a $500,000 bill from PwC for the VA. Not to mention all the other solicitor bills they ran up before they were kicked out and is now having to be paid by us.

You want in? Then approach the company with $1M and tell them you want shares for $0.01. I'm sure they would say yes and you can then get us as shareholders to vote on it for you. If not, then Finran for now is our only financier. Whether they know more than us or not, at the end of the day this is the only way for us to currently raise funds to stay afloat.
