Dear Sir/Madam,
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Marquee Resources Limited (ASX:MQR) requests a trading halt for the purposes of finalizing a proposed lithium project acquisition and associated capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Thursday the 28th of September 2023 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
