They will start calling shareholders eventually from an "independent source" to judge where the markets at.
What would be fun now that TMT have put up a for sale sign is for someone a lot larger to assess both projects and come in to take a blocking stake in TMT or even throw in a higher offer.
An S32 or a Sumitomo subsidiary could end the merger and take the TMT assets to production.
