Some bangers in there but the real icing on the cake are the claims about Norway. A country with a multi-decade offshore oil & gas industry, just provisionally approved seabed scraping (mining) will not allow a few 20x20m drillpads?
As for the Finnish, you have Russia next door, enormous PGE market player, a potentially significant PGE deposit in your own backyard. If not you then your EU friends will want to see the truth machine hitting that target. Yes there's an environmental angle but there's also plenty of geopolitics involved too...
Anyway, happy to be accumulating at near cash backed levels.
