They've ripped off investors for years, constant cap raises, horrible dilution (and about to get much worse with the merger), repeated failure to deliver anything on time and on budget, and still years away from building a mine. And now TMT want to hook their wagon to that sh*t show. Truly astounding.

I was debating whether or not to even post this theory and it’s obviously pure speculation.

But it really does look like they’ve seen some numbers from the updated model and it’s not pretty. It was due months ago, after all.

I can only assume they know it can’t get off the ground without the merger and that’s why they are acting this way.
