But no guarantees that any lender will necessarily lend the full or entire amount either. No rule to say they have to lend every cent. In other words, only part funding may be the best outcome.
So for example if there is a shortfall of 20-30 million across the feeder and chemical plant, the remainder must come from the shareholders or company.
I doubt that our current 10 million will suffice and offtakes are really only beneficial financially once the project is up and running ie fully funded. Options money could be explored, but nothing to say they will all be exercised in time.
I certainly hope they do and am a very keen holder as you are, but we also need to be prepared for a potential shortfall of funds which again as I read into it, could be on the cards.
