In the normal course of events, board renewal is part of good governance for those who know or care little about these matters. Especially when Spooner has been a director since 2004. There will always be people who disagree and find a negative angle here, but I think it shows that the company is sitting up and listening to investors’ concern, which is a positive. With her background and in her position as a shareholder, Bell should be able to make a positive contribution.
