There are a few possibilities;

a) If they have to sell internationally then its a matter of getting the best price they can. As long as the net back exceeds marginal production cost.

b) If they are importing Soda Ash for their Australian customers while exporting to Goro that seems wasteful.

c) If they are importing into Goro and making a mark up that would be good.

Would you agree that the best market for PSH product will always be Australia, the very best being South Australia?
