I am embarrassed to admit this stock has been my biggest loser ever. I have hung on, and bought more as it continues to slide but I am wondering if that was foolish. It's my largest position and was ment to be a hands-off devensive stock. Others have mentioned the possibility of a property revaluation and forced capital raising as the major risks. Seems like the market is pricing this in given the recent declines below NTA value but I'm unsure how likely this or what a capital raising may look like.
Am I missing something here? Even with the slightly reduced dividend, it's yeilding close to 8% and this seems likely to continue given that rents are also increasing year on year.
