Probably cap raise participants raising funds to cover what they took , replaced them cheaper, could sell down less than 15 and with the free options still be ahead, doubt they are out.
Did the same earlier in the year myself at spp time, as did others I'm sure.... Won't change what's down there. Seem to recall they did a snap raise at spud last time.
I'll be looking to pick some up soon, As Im out currently
