    Hi Richard,

    With regards to EDU having a large portion owned by directors, who mostly have been there since it reverse listed is a good thing in my opinion.

    It also has some institutional and other large shareholders who have taken part in capital raisings in the past, the latest being Mulpha.

    I'm pretty sure that they want a return on their investment at some point in the future. The company was making definite progress and even a small profit before Covid came along, they have been slow to recover but I think the continuation of the 408 visa played a part in that.

    Anyway it is very illiquid, so the best course if not a shareholder is probably to wait for an improved result which I think will come, before dipping your toe in.
