I was thinking more of someone like Repsol. Spain is Cuba’s second biggest trading partner and there is an effort on both sides to boost their relationship further. Repsol are already involved in Cuba. Net income of €1.4bn in the first half of this year they could certainly afford it. I wouldn’t see a Repsol or similar wanting Melbana as an operator so suggest it’s a full buy out or nothing.
