I can't see Carnegie's point in chasing Australian sites where there is no govt subisdies or tariffs. Carnegie should be concentrating on overseas sites being approved where these governments have greater tariffs on renewable energy that will encourage investment.

Until they get ceto 3 operating and reveal the highly seceretive international dealings the share price will never get to double figures again.
