I think the market can get it wrong or not be in the right sentiment conditions in order to price assets fairly.

I think if they were going to do a CR they perhaps would've done so before purchasing the long lead items for the EPT.

If anything the costs of connecting to the gas grid may warrant capital after the well is proven further.

I believe Tino has said somewhere they jntend to fund themselves.
It would be interesting to know the costs involved because it must be that the costs to test a gas well for production isn't so great given the hard work presumably is already done.
