The kangaroo court of hot copper has persecuted Mr Noon because he got the guidance wrong but fortunately he soldiers on diligently despite the haters as there is much important work to do to get the project over the line, patience is required which is beyond many punters on HC who in general are sore losers when the going gets tough.
In the current conditions the banks and financiers are not committing to make decisions and until this changes any guidance is just guess work so they appear to have decided to not provide guidance because they don't know when financiers will make a decision but the chairman is of the view they expect results before end of financial year 2024.

The Kangaroo court works both ways bud. The ramping court and the critical thinking court. Seems the latter have the former on the ropes.
