Below I have posted an extract from a DJ newswire report - I cannot copy it all due to copyright.
Seems to me that Dart must consider itself exempt from the ASX continuous disclosure rules.
Perhaps one might even have expected that AOE could have been a little more transparent with us as to the status of their Indian endeavours?
