IVZ Share Price, page-14991

As a holder of both RECO and IVZ (disclosure), I haven't seen anything different from these two resource small caps than from any other that I've owned - they're pre-revenue, so every CEO will seize a strong move up in price to snap a CR, and refill the coffers to ensure operations continue.
I want them to make those strategic decisions for the longer term, irrespective of a few weeks red SP, because it minimises the degree of dilution on the journey toward a (hoped) discovery. Scott got it done quickly at 15c + options, after the run up to 20c, which is better than raising an even larger amount in the prior CR at 12c + options - to my mind at least.

The bottom line is people don't like seeing a CR/dilution at any time. However, the RECO graph above highlights exactly how a placement should be done to limit dilution - look at that 1yr price chart and tell me that wasn't smart timing by the company. Scott has taken IVZ from the disappointment of MK1 (strictly from a SP standpoint), learned from MK1, reloaded on funds, and spudded MK2 for another shot at that sample/discovery. I think he compares favourably to RECO, who haven't delivered forward progress for a number of months waiting for a hoped JV, nor drilled since around Aug-Sep 22.

IMO IVZ are well served by management with an uncharacteristic openness and willingness to engage frequently and comprehensively with their shareholders (firesides and the like). Still makes me laugh seeing SM excuse himself mid livestream after hours (1.5hr?) for a toilet break!
