Market conditions are hardly optimal for signing an offtake ATM. A better flake price over the past few months, likely would have pushed offtake along more positively. Plenty of other miners suffering similar issues( Van and Li alike) Patience is still required, and putting a mine like this into production is a complex process. Every single box must be ticked, and it appears they are working steadily through all of the processes required. Screw one up and you can delay the whole thing even more.
