Conspiracies aside, you are aware that brokers and a plethora of others are aware of raise terms well before the accouncement right? In Wades case, I remember simply googling and found a news article I think it was in AFR or similar, quoting exactly those numbers while RXL was in halt and waiting the ann.
Yes often the raise conditions are printed in media before released to the market....

On the contrary, your assumption is incorrect. I always welcome a healthy debate by GENUINE posters with a GENUINE case to put forward. I do however object to posters with nothing but contrived downramping and insults to offer! They are easily ignored.
