Thanks for your kind reply malcolm in the middle. For me, someone in the industry for 25 years already is not good enough. I want someone who has proven track record, whether its an oil field discovery or has successfully sold an energy company to another party in the past. Personally, I think their projects have good potential, but their management team doesn't look like to be a top tier group. By looking at their website and information disclosure, I'm sure there are lots to improve.
