There are no investors or fund buyers left in public markets since the West turned towards kleptocracy.
It's just the pump and dumpsters, quant algos, and a few mid-term traders duking it out now.
And of course, the quants have been given special technical and legal privileges to game the market and manipulate prices so they will win in the end.
