Is it the case that "they" didn't want to fund NSTs dregs, or is it the case that no-one is getting funded at all? Plus, what is the exact problem with Chinese capital? If it was, say American / European (for eg. Franklin Templeton), I don't recall people referring to them as "American capital"?
