i think nfl is national fertilzers.
two factors at play imo
-a lot of potential bidders are not happy with the tender process(don't know the details).
-not a lot of dap out there to be sold. a lot of producers have already entered contracts to sell the next few months production.
no sure why nfl scrapped the tender with only 1 offer, probably price.
