because ZG is held as an asset (Volt does not hold a controlling interest) and not a consolidated entity, the accounting practice is not to recognise the revenues in the consolidated group of companies. Also note ZG is fully impaired because of the war. All above board and per accounting standards, otherwise Volt would never be signed off by their auditors.
