Grades mite be good, BUT look at the width and depth of these stockwork viens, thats the real story, like i stated 3m minimum blast hole to take out a 30cm vien section, seems like no one knows nothing about underground mining, look at NST old reports of why that resource was left there and never touched, same as the patchy hanging wall deposit. Imho
