actually i got that wrong. This looks even worse.
the share price after the approval was granted to LDX was lower than the price it was on the day it went into TH to announce the FDA decision for the first time.
Share price of LDX on the day of trading halt on (5/7/22) to announce the first FDA decision : 17 cents
Share price of LDX on the day of FDA approval (3/7/23) : 7.4 cents
Now the same could happen with BOT, hence why getting the approval the first time was so critical.
