Excuse my ignorance but why would these funds invest in BC8 only to destroy it and pick it up when it’s destroyed? Makes no sense to me.
Surely they didn’t invest this much just go to watch BC8 burn to the ground. I doubt management would have accepted this given they own quite a bit of the company either. Surely the funds will work with management (if they even see the need) to make this a worthy investment. Seems like the easier option to me than destroy the company and take it over…
