    If you believe the share price will fall below 4c is it not more profitable to convert those options now at 4c? For a cost of 4c you could sell the shares at greater than 4c atm and make a profit all be it small?The shares are issued immediately and available for sale, not in October is my understanding? Could be wrong in this last part.
