The fact he talks in terms of short, medium and long terms goals sounds like he expects more development. Especially as he categorised being acquired as a long term goal...sounds to me he is leaning towards more development work in the short and medium term.
Also seems to talks in terms of 'if' we do create something that changes the way people do things...rather than we have created something.
This is why the SP has flatlined, the market suspects this is in fact not the for sale sign about to go up point...
