just talked to a real estate agent in Wagga Wagga and she said first home buyers were coming into the market again even without the grant and selling is happening--she also said a lot of properties would be coming onto the market in September-------------I reckon the only truthful thing she told me was a lot of properties would be coming onto the market in September!
