It would be interesting to know in absolute terms the level of shorts as a percentage of the XAO is today compared to this time LY and the year before & the year before that prior to COVID?
I notice one of my managed funds posted August 9th - is heavily shorted on the Aussie/NZ market, at least was when they reported!
Small level of shorts in US, perhaps they have reweighted their shorts since? Is the time coming to exit "SHORTS" locally?
